Statement regarding the Senior Line of SAID

2nd February 2007.

To whom it may concern,

I have came to the attention that a person not of the senior line is posing  either as a Prince or styling "dei Principe de Sayd sives Said" when they clearly don't have legitimate connections to such use. If one can read the statement dated 19th January 2007 regarding the styles and usage of titles and connections to nobility, please refer to this page.

I would like to construct the line of Principe's de Sayd, from generation to generation with supporting data to why each generation is proven as the most senior descendant of Sultan Djem Osmani. after the elder line became extinct 1680.

The Senior Line from Djem:

His neice via his sister: Speranza Sayd nee Dingli, acknowledged as the Principessa di Bibino Magno by the Viceroyal of Sicily on the year of 1680.

His cousin: Prince (Shahzada) Pierre Djem Sayd Ruffo b. 1584 Palermo, Sicily d. 1683 Palermo, Sicily acknowledged as the next heir to the Sayd title on the year of 1680 by the Viceroyal of Sicily. Last of the senior line.

The title of Principe de Sayd was to be inherited by the eldest descendant of the second son of the 1st Principe de Sayd. This is where the question comes to who is the most senior.
