* = Regarding the Barony of Maccalibim, "a SALE of the fief to the Order mean that the customary title of Barone was extinguished. In this regard see for example the extinction of the fief of Ghariescem which was later granted ANEW in 1638". Though for arguementsake, the next title holder would be the descendants of the last titleholder's Aunt, Paola and her husband Andrea Axac and their descendants.
* 2 = A Notary document on behalf of Francisco Manuel Ordonez Arman, Coruna Spain, created an "Acta Protocolizacion" dated 22nd June 2008 with directives of providing Carmel Mangion the Barony of Maccalibim. The only claim is not through the last holders of the title, but through a marriage of Agostino de Mangione and Elizabetta de Bernardo, whom a descendant of the 1st Barone di Maccalibim from the House of di Asti.
