A List of Titles which can be disposed by Nomination
* Barony di Gomerino,(Cr:1710)
* Barony di Budaq,(Cr: 1716)
* Barony di San Marciano, (Cr:1726)
* Barony di Tabria, (Cr:1728)
* Barony di Benwarrad, (Cr:1737)
* Barony di San Giovanni, (Cr:1777)
'his descendants in perpetuity, each holder of the Title having the
RIGHT to nominate a successor, in default of nomination to the first born
male* descendants and in the absence of male issue to the first born female
descendant. Members of the clergy are precluded from succeeding by
primogeniture'.
* Note: If a title is disposable by nomination, then if there is no
clear nomination by the late title holder, then the title must go back to
the 1st holder’s male heir in the order of primogeniture.

regards to the Barony of Gomerino, the most senior heir of the 1st
holder in the male line is: Baron Salvino Testaferrata Moroni Viani.
With
regards to the Barony of Budaq, the most senior heir of the 1st
holder in the male line is: His Honour, Judge. Alan de Piro, Q.C.
With
regards to the Barony of San Marciano, the most senior heir of the 1st
holder in the male line is: Mario Galea-Testaferrata.
With
regards to the Barony of Tabria, the most senior heir of the 1st
holder in the male line is: Baron Salvino Testaferrata Moroni Viani.
With
regards to the Barony of Benwarrad, the most senior heir of the 1st
holder in the male, then female line is: Dr Michael Kitson Attard
Montalto, the present Baron.
With
regards to the Barony of San Giovanni, the most senior heir of the 1st
holder in the male, then female line is: Francis A. Chapelle, the
present Baron.
