* Barony di San Giovanni, (Cr:1777)
'his descendants in perpetuity, each holder of the Title having
the RIGHT to nominate a successor, in default of nomination to the
first born male* descendants and in the absence of male issue to
the first born female descendant. Members of the clergy are
precluded from succeeding by primogeniture'.

Note: If a title is disposable by nomination, then if there is no
clear nomination by the late title holder, then the title must go
back to the 1st holder’s male heir in the order of
primogeniture.
