The Noble Family of Pirerra which purchased the fief of della Guarda (1448) from Giaimo Cardona

This family is listed as a noble family in “Descrittione di Malta” (1647).

“Stefano Pirrera leggiamo have comprato da Gaimo Cardona, il feudo, o’ territorio della Guarda l’anno 1448. Il medesimo fu’ eletto nel 1450 Ambasciatore dell’ Universita’ di Malta al Re’ Alfonso, per conto di diversi pubblici affari dell’ Isola. Martiano Pirrera Giurato nel 1487.” (From Abela’s “Della Descrittione di Malta del Commendatore Abela” (1647))

1.1. Martiano Perrera, Jurat of Malta 1487., married (1) Elvira Gomez,Married (2) to Ventura de Vaccaro., with issue.
